Although there hasn’t been an actual update regrading the bug report a few people have put forward a few solutions. They all require playing about with the network settings so it seems the wireless Belkin issues havnt gone away completely.

The BBC has updated its iplayer so that it nows work with Linux and Mac systems. Very handy as its a pretty good utility to have access to.
